Flora Art creates handmade Chenille (pipe cleaners) flowers with time and care. Please read this policy before you place an order so you know what to expect after purchase.

No refunds or returns

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for change of mind, wrong size or colour choice, or because a handmade piece looks slightly different from photos (natural variation is part of handcrafted work).

By completing your purchase, you agree that you understand our products are made to order and cannot be resold as new once shipped to you.

Damaged in transit — the only exception

We will consider a claim only if your parcel arrives visibly damaged in transit and you follow the proof steps below. We do not cover damage caused after delivery, improper storage, or opening the parcel before recording proof.

Important — video proof before opening

To make a valid damage claim, you must record a continuous, unedited video that clearly shows:

  • The sealed outer packaging as received from the courier
  • The shipping label with your name and address visible
  • You opening the parcel on camera without cutting or hiding the damage
  • The damaged product immediately after opening

Claims submitted without this video, or after the parcel has already been opened off-camera, cannot be accepted.

How to report damage

Contact us within 48 hours of the delivery attempt shown by the courier:

  1. Email hello@floraart.in with the subject line: Damage claim — [your order number]
  2. Attach or share a link to your unedited opening video
  3. Include clear photos of the outer box and the damaged item
  4. Keep all packaging until we confirm next steps

We will review your claim within a reasonable time. If approved, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion — not a cash refund unless required by law.

What we do not cover

  • Minor colour or size differences in handmade work
  • Delays caused by couriers after dispatch (see our shipping policy)
  • Lost parcels where the courier marks delivery as successful
  • Damage reported after 48 hours or without valid video proof
  • Orders returned to us without prior approval
