Every Flora Art piece is made by hand with care. This policy explains how we prepare your order, calculate shipping, and work with our courier partners to get it to you.

Where we ship

We currently ship orders within India only. At checkout, enter your full delivery address with a valid 6-digit PIN code so we can show available shipping options for your location.

Handmade preparation (2 business days)

Because our Chenille (pipe cleaners) flowers are handmade to order, we allow 2 business days to prepare and quality-check your order before it is handed to the courier. This time helps us deliver the neat finishing and lasting quality you expect from Flora Art.

Payment confirmation does not mean same-day dispatch. Dispatch happens after preparation is complete.

Shipping charges at checkout

Shipping cost is calculated live at checkout based on your delivery PIN code and the estimated weight of your cart. You will see courier options with the price and an estimated delivery date before you pay.

  • All amounts are in INR (₹).
  • The shipping method you select is included in your order total paid via Razorpay.
  • If no shipping methods appear for your PIN code, that area may not be serviceable online — please contact us before ordering.

Courier partners & dispatch

We fulfil orders through trusted third-party courier partners (via our shipping platform). The service you choose at checkout is the option you pay for; we book the shipment after your order is prepared.

Tracking details (AWB / tracking link), when available, will be shared with you after the parcel is dispatched — by email or the phone number on your order.

Estimated delivery

The estimated delivery date shown at checkout is provided by the courier network for your route. It is a helpful guide, not a guaranteed delivery promise.

Delivery may take longer because of:

  • Our 2-day preparation window for handmade items
  • Courier or local holidays, weather, or high-volume periods
  • Incorrect or incomplete address details
  • Remote or hard-to-reach locations

Your delivery address

Please provide your full name, mobile number, and complete address at checkout. Wrong or incomplete details can cause failed delivery or return of the parcel, which may lead to extra charges or delays outside our control.

Damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please read our Refund & return policy for how to report it. Flora Art does not offer general returns or refunds; damage claims require valid proof as described there.
